According to Fox News, the far-left comedian, George Lopez, was in Las Cruces Sunday to film the upcoming faith-based movie “Walking with Herb” when TMZ, which obtained video of the incident, reported that the unidentified man started hectoring him with comments about his politics and yelling “MAGA.”

In the video, the man appeared to be lying in wait inside the Hooters when Lopez walked up.

“Here comes my boy, George,” he said.

Lopez wasted no time getting physical with the man, having apparently had it with his alleged antics. The 57-year-old snatched the phone out of his hand and briefly could be seen grabbing him by the back of the neck.

A rep for Lopez did not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment.

“George wants to fight me, George wants to fight me!” the man repeated in the video.

Late last year, the comedian was booed offstage at a juvenile diabetes event in Denver over an anti-Trump routine that fell flat with the crowd, The New York Post reported.

The event, where tables were sold for $5,000 and up, appeared to be a disaster.

Lopez attacked a man in a Hooters restaurant who simply wanted a pic of the comedian and only used a Trump reference to get George to smile … so says the man.

TMZ spoke with the guy who Lopez grabbed by the neck in a shocking video taken at the wing joint in New Mexico. Sources close to George initially told us Lopez went off after the man had allegedly followed and egged him on all night with Trump references.

The guy in the video tells a different story, saying he only approached George at his table once that day to ask for a pic. He says George grabbed his phone and started filming his own crotch … but never hit record.
