Gordon Ramsay apparently wants Lamb for dinner. But liberals who call themselves animal lovers went ballistic on social media.
Celebrity chef and restaurateur is getting roasted by some so-called liberal animal lovers on social media for posting a video on TikTok in which he entered a lamb pen and chose one he wanted to slaughter.
The Hells Kitchen star is no stranger to TikTok and regularly uses the platform to share humorous clips and cooking videos with fans, but he drew the ire of these so-called animal rights activists earlier this week.
“Which one’s going in the oven first?” Ramsay says as the flock of lambs stands watching. He then points to one and says, “You,” in the video, which has close to 10 million views and 1 million likes. The post has also garnered more than 22,000 comments, with many of them coming from viewers criticizing Ramsay for telling the lambs his dinner plans to their faces.
“I’m going to eat you,” the chef said to the group of lambs while one of the lambs approaches him. “Mmm. Yummy yum yum,” the celebrity chef and restaurateur says, rubbing his hands together as the lambs stare up at him.
The clip ends with Ramsay jumping into the pen and startling the group of young animals.
Ramsay’s caption reads: “The Lamb sauce was still not found in the making of this video…….”
This is a reference to a 2006 meme from a scene on his show Hell’s Kitchen, in which he asked a contestant for lamb sauce.

Below are some of the comments from folks online:
“Alright I think Gordon has finally lost it. ? Someone do something before it’s [too] late,” one TikTok user commented under the post.
“Ok I am not a vegan or vegetarian but that crosses the line,” another user wrote.
“Those beautiful little babies, what people will do for views. It’s a sad world we live in ?,” another user chimed in.
Other comments wondered if Ramsay was responding to “Vegan Teacher,” another user who Ramsay virally mocked by eating a burger in another TikTok.
“Is this your response to the vegan teacher? ?” one user wrote.
“WAIT UNTIL THE VEGAN TEACHER SEES THIS ???,” another user commented.
“Gordon about to be main villain in vegan teacher stories ?,” added another.
“The vegan teacher is gonna have a fit over this ?,” another user said.
Twitter users were equally unamused.
“Hey @GordonRamsay, taunting baby lambs to pick who’s the next victim of your knife is shameful. Just stop,” PETA Vice President Shalin Gala wrote on Twitter, including a link to the video. “And a reminder, #SilenceOfTheLambs was just a movie, not for real life.”
“Infanticide anyone?” a Twitter user wrote.
“Tell @gordonramsay that slaughtering an innocent baby animal is an act of unacceptable violence,” a left-wing protest group called Direct Action Everywhere wrote. “Shame on him for promoting this injustice.”
“What’s the difference between this and doing it blind but knowingly,” another user tweeted. “You’re still choosing to kill to satisfy your taste buds whether Infront of your victim or not. It’s all psychotic behaviour with the same end point for a sentient being.”
