Pelosi’s Extreme Pandering Causes Major Backlash For Democrats

All of the United States watched President Trump as he visited St. John’s Episcopal Church after the riots in Washington D.C. to assess the damage and to make a statement.

Of course, the Democrats could not wait to attack. They accused him of just going to stage a photo-op as a picture was taken of the president holding a bible in front of the church.

But then the Democrats pulled a stunt that appeared scripted and staged and they are facing major backlash.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, and other top Democrats joined up to kneel at Capitol Hill while wearing Kente cloth. This particular garb, as noted by The Washington Post, “comes from Ghana (West Africa), where people wear it to show patriotism or celebrate a special occasion.”

This obviously staged photo-op moment for Democrats quickly went viral on social media. Numerous people from the black community mocked and criticized Democrats for their political stunt.

Republican Army combat veteran Jeffrey A Dove Jr. is running in Virginia\’s 10th Congressional District. He responded, “Does wearing kente cloth and taking a knee mean you are all of a sudden \’down with the struggle\’? This is why people hate disingenuous politicians. Speaker Pelosi was there for the 94 crime bill. She is part of the problem.”

In this hilarious video posted by Terrence K. Williams, he sums up his feelings about Pelosi\’s little stunt. He says,” There is no way in the world that I am voting for any of these loony Democrats. This is crazy.”

What is ironic and so outrageous about this is that this whole movement started when someone took a knee and killed a man. Now these hypocritical Democrats think they can make it all better by putting on these African scarves and posing for photos. I don\’t think so, Pelosi!
