In preparation for the Ariana Grande Manchester Tribute Show, One Love Manchester charity concert, with 50,000 people expected to be there, a massive security operation is taking place with armed law enforcement from all around the U.K.
A focal point will be on those leaving the Old Trafford cricket ground, where 22 people died and dozens injured by suicide bomber Salman Abedi as they left the Manchester Arena last week.
Armed officers will remain in and around the concert for at least two hours after it’s finished which includes acts like Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Take That, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Robbie Williams, Little Mix and Miley Cyrus.
And as a warning, fans are already being told to NOT bring bags and be ready for security searches when they arrive.
The event, which costs more than £40, sold out in around 20 minutes. More than £2million is expected to be raised for victims and their families.
It is being reported, however, that more than 2,000 Grande fans who attended last week’s concert have not yet received tickets for tomorrow.
