You Will Not Believe What This Cop Did To Quarantined Civilians

An investigation has been launched because of a gross incident that took place in Baltimore. A police officer reacted to jeers at a housing complex by coughing loudly at residents without covering his mouth as he walked by.

This video shows the cop walking through the Perkins Homes complex in East Baltimore as a few of the residents seemed to be giving him the business when he appears to purposefully cough right in the face of the person recording him.

The woman holding the camera fired back with a string of obscenities as the cop walked away still coughing loudly. Lindsay Eldridge, Baltimore Police Department spokeswoman says, “We have viewed the video, in its entirety, and believe it warranted being forwarded to the Public Integrity Bureau for an internal investigation.”

It has been confirmed by the police officer, who is in fact a sergeant, is still on active duty right now. As of now, it is not clear if he has been tested for coronavirus.

As disturbing and disgusting as this cop’s actions were, the woman recording had some pretty ignorant information about the virus. At one point she says, “I ain’t worried about that s**t. Y’all get that s**t, black people don’t.”

Not only is that completely untrue, but there are also recent reports indicating coronavirus is having even more of a negative impact on the Black community than any other community. This woman spreading false information could put the lives of her fellow citizens in jeopardy.

So far 12 cops in Baltimore have tested positive for coronavirus and more than 100 people are still under strict quarantine with that number growing every day.

I say they were both in the wrong. Now more than ever we need to come together as a community to stop the spread of coronavirus as well as the false information that comes with it.
