Just two months ago the nation was stunned by the actions of United Airlines dragging Dr. David Dao off a flight and since then the company has experienced a PR NIGHTMARE. We The People were not pleased in the least at what we saw.
Now, a news station in Houston, has obtained a video from 2015 which shows a physical confrontation between a United Airlines employee and a 71-year-old man at Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The victim, Ronald Tigner, is shown being shoved to the ground by Alejandro Anastasia, a United Airlines employee. He collapses and hits his head on the floor, remaining motionless. Witnesses to the “incident” hover over and stare at Tigner, eventually walking a good distance away from home, not bothering to check if he’s OK. Passengers continue to go about their business… and no one seems to help the man.
“No one even went to check his pulse,” attorney William Hoke said to KPRC2. “They literally left him there like a piece of garbage.”

FINALLY nearly a minute later, someone rushes up to see if he’s OK.
As for United Airlines, the company has released the following statement in regards to the newly discovered footage:
“We have seen the video from 2015 that shows completely unacceptable behavior by a United employee. This employee is no longer with our company. The conduct shown here does not reflect our values or our commitment to treat all of our customers with respect and dignity. We are taking a thorough look into what happened here and reaching out to our customer to profusely apologize for what occurred and to make this right.”
