Trump Does Not Hold Back When Asked About The Biden/Putin Showdown

With the 2022 midterms seemingly just around the corner, it is expected that we’ll be hearing a whole lot more from Donald Trump in the coming weeks and months.

The former President has repeatedly suggested that he is the most powerful person in the Republican Party today, and no one can really seem to find a way to refute him. This, even after being arbitrarily banned from several major social media platforms.

So, in what could be seen as a continued exertion of his authority, Trump is now weighing in daily on American politics…and that’s bad news for Joe Biden.

During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s program, Trump bashed Joe Biden’s summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Let’s start with the events today and your overall thoughts,” Hannity began. “And I want you to address — I will get to a very specific question, but, first, let’s start with your overall thoughts today and what Biden was facing in Putin. And then we will move on from there.”

“Well, I guess the overall is, we didn’t get anything. We gave a very big stage to Russia, and we got nothing. We gave up something that was unbelievably valuable. I stopped the pipeline, Nord Stream. And that pipeline was stopped. And it was given back, and nothing was gotten for it. And it was just — it was another day," Trump replied.

"And performance art," continued the former president, "you will take a look at how various people performed, namely, the two people. And, you know, you have to form your own judgment. It’s not for me to say. But I will say that it was — I think it was a good day for Russia. I don’t see what we got out of it.”

The dig comes after several days’ worth of reminiscing about Trump’s meeting with Putin by the mainstream media, in which they attempted to distort the event as a failure for the former President.
