President Donald Trump blasted Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden calling him and his family a “criminal enterprise” as the crowd chanted “lock him up” at a Nevada rally on Sunday.

“Did you see what’s happening with Biden? He’s a corrupt politician,” Trump said in Carson City, Nevada.

One supporter yelled “lock her up” referring to Hillary Clinton during her email scandal just before the 2016 election, Trump stopped and said, “no, lock him up.”

“Joe Biden is and always has been a corrupt politician,” Trump stated. “He always has been. And as far as I’m concerned, the Biden family is a criminal enterprise. It really is.”

President Trump took several shots at his Democratic opponent during his appearance in Nevada. He also repeatedly praised the New York Post for their revealing report detailing the alleged corrupt business deals made by Hunter Biden.

Trump even mocked Biden for urging him to “listen to the scientists” when it came to handling the coronavirus pandemic, telling the lively crowd that if he had taken Biden’s advise and listen to the scientists “we would have a country right now that would be in a massive depression.”

“Now. We’re like a rocketship. Look at the [economic] numbers,” he added.

Andrew Bates, a spokesperson for the Biden campaign responded to the president’s comments saying that “Donald Trump tanked the strong economy he inherited from the Obama-Biden Administration by continually discounting and attacking warnings from the scientific and medical experts working around the clock to save lives.”

“Now new coronavirus cases are surging and layoffs are rising,” said Bates. “If Donald Trump had listened to Joe Biden when we urged him not to trust the Chinese government over his own scientific advisors about this crisis, he wouldn’t be the worst jobs president since 1929.”

Trump hit the campaign trail hard after recovering from the coronavirus, which required him to stay in Walter Reed Medical Center for three days of treatment.

With almost two weeks left until the election, the president plans to spend most of this week campaigning. He has scheduled rallies in Prescott and Tucson, Arizona for the beginning of the week then plans to make stops in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Gastonia, North Carolina, later in the week.
