Barack Obama and the rest of the Democrat establishment spent years covering up for President Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline. They tried to convince the American people that what we were seeing with our own eyes was just a right-wing conspiracy theory. Any concerns about Biden’s mental sharpness? Brushed off as nonsense.
But that charade fell apart when Biden shared the debate stage with Donald Trump back in June. No more hiding. Biden’s mental lapses were there for the world to see, and Democrats could no longer pretend everything was fine.
Fast forward to today, and Biden’s out of the race. Now, Obama’s back on the campaign trail, stumping for Kamala Harris, who’s currently neck-and-neck with Trump. During a rally in Madison, Wisconsin, Obama had the audacity to question Trump’s fitness for office.
He pointed to a town hall Trump did with South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, where Trump ended the night by simply nodding along to some music on stage. Harmless, right? Not to Obama.
According to the Daily Mail, Obama said, “You’d be worried if grandpa was acting like this. You’d call up your brother, you call up your cousins. You say, have you noticed? But this is coming from somebody who wants unchecked power. So, Wisconsin, we do not need to see what an older, loonier Donald Trump looks like with no guard rails. America is ready to turn the page.”
That’s rich coming from Obama.
After spending years defending Biden’s bumbling presidency, Obama suddenly cares about a candidate’s mental fitness? Please. Trump bobbing his head to music is nothing compared to Biden’s regular, cringe-worthy public appearances. Biden can’t make it through a speech without fumbling his words or trailing off into incoherent babble. But Obama never seemed too bothered by that.
Now we’re supposed to believe he’s worried about Trump’s mental sharpness? Give me a break. Say what you will about Trump, but the man is still sharp as a tack. During their debate, while Biden was stumbling through sentences, Trump was clear and precise. He made Biden look like a deer in the headlights. And Trump more than held his own when he faced Kamala Harris in a debate earlier this month.
The truth is, Obama’s desperate. He knows Harris can’t win on the disastrous record of the Biden-Harris administration. Under their watch, the economy’s gone down the tubes, inflation is through the roof, and our southern border is a mess. Millions of illegal immigrants flood in while hardworking Americans struggle to make ends meet.
With nothing to campaign on, Obama has resorted to baseless attacks on Trump’s health. It doesn’t get much more pathetic than that, folks.
Bottom line? Obama sees the writing on the wall. He knows Harris is in trouble, and he can feel the momentum shifting toward a Trump victory. Desperation looks a lot like this!
