People everywhere are wearing masks where ever they go. Some people are even taking the extra stop by wearing gloves when leaving their homes. Even when it comes to checking the mail, no one wants to take the risk of contracting the virus.
Not just our country but the entire world is sanitizing and washing their hands and doing their best not to touch their hands to their faces.
Everyone, that is, except House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
While speaking on the floor of the House of Representatives last Thursday, she did something so disgusting and unhygienic that not only should it not be done during a time like this, but it should never be done at all.
With her bare hand, Pelosi wipes the snot from her dripping nose and then touched the podium from where she was speaking getting the snot and germs all over it.
Not only is this dangerous, but it’s also just gross and definitely against the CDC guidelines. Congress members arent exactly spring chickens and she just put everyone there at risk.
American political columnist Benny Johnson tweeted,
“Pelosi wipes her dripping nose with her bare, shivering hand and then wipes that hand all over the House floor podium used by all other members of Congress.”
“She wants to spend trillions of your money fighting China virus but can’t practice basic hygiene”
It’s hard to take someone like her seriously when they stand up there and give their little lectures than turn around and do something like this. This just shows that Pelosi is completely insincere and she is just putting on a show for the people.
