Joe Biden is going down the same road as many of the failed Democrats before him.
A CBS/YouGov battleground tracker showed on Sunday that after the trainwreck of a convention last week Biden hadn't received even the tiniest bump in polls.
Before the convention, the national polls showed that Biden was ahead by just 10 points and after the convention, they haven't moved at all.
Historically, this is really bad for Democrats. In 2004, during John Kerry's run, his numbers didn't go up after the DNC and he lost to George W. Bush. Nixon crushed George McGovern in a historic landslide when he didn't get a bump in numbers after the convention.
The same thing happened to poor Mitt Romney in 2012 when he lost to Barack Obama after the DNC.
ABC News tried to put a spin on the bad news by falsely claiming Biden's favorability had risen.

“Despite the lack of movement, Biden is in a significantly more commanding position coming out of his party’s gathering than Hillary Clinton was four years ago following the Philadelphia convention, when Morning Consult polling of registered voters found many more were undecided.
Following the four-night commercial that emphasized Biden’s personal characteristics and bipartisan bonafides over his policy preferences, likely voters’ views about the Delawarean improved to their best point this year, building a solid foundation ahead of Republicans’ coming work to tear it down next week. Compared to Monday, the share with favorable opinions of Biden rose 3 points, to 51 percent — a single-day high in Morning Consult polling — while the share with unfavorable views fell by the same amount, to 45 percent.
Don't let the mainstream media fool you, they can put whatever kind of spin they want to on it but the fact is there just isn't any excitement over the Biden ticket.
