Victor Alarcon began recording this very dramatic moment when a cargo truck flipped on the highway in Broomall, Pennsylvania earlier this week. He noticed something was wrong with the tractor-trailer as it had been swering from land to land on Interstate 476.
Then the truck overturned, spilling it’s contents from the trailer.
Alarcon as well as his father and another stranger rushed to help but the driver of the truck was unresponsive.
First responders arrived at the scene, pulled the driver out and sent him to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The incident prompted the closure of the highway for around seven hours. Credit: Victor Alarcon via Storyful
