Cracks Are Beginning To Show In Laundrie Family's Fictional Timeline

The story of Brian Launder, the official one, is somewhat fishy. At least according to the throngs of social media users who’ve been speculating about the case.

Laundrie returned home from a cross-country road trip alone, after beginning said trip with his fiancée Gabby Petito. Gabby was at this point missing. Then, two weeks later, after refusing to cooperate with police investigating Petito’s disappearance, Laundrie disappears. A day later, Petito’s body is found and shortly thereafter Laundrie becomes a wanted man over his use of Gabby’s credit card after the time of her death, as he was driving back to Florida.

Brian and his family’s silence has been a serious bone of contention for many, and now an adjustment being publicly made by their lawyer is turning heads.

Florida fugitive Brian Laundrie was last seen by his parents on Sept. 13, according to family attorney Steven Bertolino. He had previously said the Laundries last saw their son on Sept. 14.

“The Laundries were basing the date Brian left on their recollection of certain events,” Bertolino told Fox News Tuesday.

“Upon further communication with the FBI and confirmation of the Mustang being at the Laundrie residence on Wednesday Sept. 15, we now believe the day Brian left to hike in the preserve was Monday Sept. 13.”

Many of the internet sleuths who’ve been keeping a keen eye on the case have found themselves frustrated by Bertolino, who appears to have been the reason why the Laundrie family is not cooperating with authorities.
