Amazing police body-cam footage shows a very dramatic moment as an office saves a suicidal man as he’s attempting to leap off a rooftop! WOW!
Officer Justin Martin sped up 6 flights of stairs at a care home in Connecticut when he spotted someone scaling the rooftop, moments away from diving over the railings.
The video shows how the Officer sprints toward the man shouting “hey hey hey” to hopefully stop him from leaping toward his death. Officer Martin is seen holding the man by his feet, dangling from the building.
Officer Martin stated : “I just wanted to catch up to him. I didn’t want him to hurt himself. I didn’t want to lose sight of him and I didn’t know the building so I wanted to make sure that I was able to catch up to him.
“I was able to grab his foot and he had a belt on so I was able to pull him up enough to get the belt, my other hand onto his belt and I got both hands on his waist and I was able to pull him up after that.”
