Political tension in America is rising, and not everyone seems to be under the impression that this is necessarily a bad thing.

Over the last 4 years, and especially over the course of the last 4 months, there has been a worrisome trend encouraging political violence here in the United States.  We’ve seen the “Boogaloo” movement literally shedding blood with Antifa in the streets.  We’ve seen numerous Trump supporters burned, beaten, and otherwise violated during protests around the nation.  There was even a real plot to kidnap the Governor and State legislature of Michigan, and then hold publicly televised executions.

Now, the Arizona GOP has added fuel to the fire with some rather incendiary ideas that he shared on Twitter.

The Arizona Republican Party escalated its rhetoric by urging people to fight to the death on behalf of President Donald Trump’s attempts to dispute the 2020 Election.

The organization, headed by Chairwoman Kelli Ward, had previously raised eyebrows at the end of November when they offered this reaction to the certification of Joe Biden’s victory in the state:

Ward continues to dispute the certification of the results in court, even though Trump’s own legal team has never been able to produce evidence for his claim that the 2020 general election was tampered with by mass voter fraud.

On Tuesday, the Arizona Republican Party cranked things up a few notches when they retweeted “Stop the Steal” advocate Ali Akbar for saying “I am willing to give my life for this fight.”

“He is. Are you?” The party asked.

The statement comes as the far-right continues to toy with the idea of a second Civil War here in the United States – something that has worried political observers and could potentially cause an irreparable rift in the Republican Party.
