This is an insane video of David Eubank, a former US Special Forces operator who is now an aid worker rescuing a young girl from the line of fire from ISIS.
Eubank, 56, ran into the hail storm of bullets in the embattled Iraq City of Mosul where allied forces have been on the offensive to re-take the city from ISIS for the last 8 months.
He came across a group of civilians who were being gunned down by an ISIS sniper, and saw a toddler and a girl of give moving among the bodies.
The video shows him running in to save the girl as two other members of his team, the Free Burma Rangers, provided cover fire.
Eubank himself founded the Free Burma Rangers group after retiring from the US Army.
‘I believe God sent me here, and I don’t think about security… but I always ask myself if I’m doing it out of pride,’ he told the Times.
