Rich Welsh| Tucker Carlson, a Fox News host of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” ran segment Monday night where he told his audience that he came across video from one of the Sunday news shows that had the pop star singer Michael Jackson appearing and speaking.
The top rated Carlson started the bit out by saying that his viewers would have gotten “the shock of their life” if they caught the segment of television on Sunday.
Carlson went on to reveal that the man who died years ago made an appearance on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” Sunday morning news show. The host really built it up the suspense for those who were watching, me being one of them.
“Yesterday was Sunday and you may have found yourself on the couch ideally flipping around the TV dial. If you flipped far enough, you could have had the shock of your life,” Carlson began the segment.
“Michael Jackson was on Face the Nation,” Carlson said. “Let us be clear this was not a video of Michael Jackson performing his hit songs of the 1990s.”
Carlson continued. “This appeared to be a living version of the international pop star that news reports claimed died of a drug overdose more than a dozen years ago.” He added, “Despite those claims, there he was, fully undeniably Michael Jackson talking on television.”
“How can that be,” the host quipped. “Honestly, we have no idea. We are not theologians here. This is merely a news program. We can only show you what we saw.”
Tucker then played the anticipated clip, and it turned out to be House Speaker Nancy Pelosi lying about Republicans again.
Carlson posted the video of the bit on Twitter and it was viewed over 1 million times by early Tuesday morning.

Carlson never got into what he meant by showing the clip, probably relying on fans who know him and know his sense of humor to get it. The tweet generated a lot of laughs from fans and a lot of crying, bitching, and moaning by leftist Fox News and Tucker haters.
At the end, Carlson made the comment of Jackson “he has had a lot of work done since we saw him last,” with the understanding he was mocking Pelosi’s numerous plastic surgeries that are what destroyed the pop star’s appearance as well.
The way I see it, if Nancy Pelosi is allowed to go on a national Sunday TV news broadcast and repeatedly lie about Republicans in all 50 states, then it is fair play to mock her on a different national TV show broadcast, because as Speaker, her behavior deserved mockery. Carlson said so when he said that Jackson no longer sings, and he now “tells lies about politics.”
When she said that Republicans across the country were continuing to do what they did on January 6, undermining our democracy, she accused all Republicans, even those who were not involved in the protest in any way, of being unamerican.
The entire segment of Pelosi on DeFace the Nation was absurd. She was asked a question by Praetorian Guard host Margaret Brennan about states changing their own election laws, which they have the sole authority to do as it is written in the Constitution’s Article I, Section 4.
Pelosi responded, saying, “Well, first, let’s get the bill passed. I think that the order of things is very appropriate. There is nothing more important for us to do than protect our Constitution and our democracy.”
She wants to protect our Constitution and democracy? First, we live in a Constitutional republic and not a democracy. But consider this. Pelosi is pushing a bill called the “John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2021” that literally takes away voting rights from millions of citizens and states. In that bill, among other things, the Democrats, if passed, will throw out all voter ID laws passed legally and Constitutionally by states to control cheating in elections. The bill has a whole host of things that will allow the federal government to supersede states’ election laws, to remove powers from the Constitution and destroying what she refers to as our democracy. She talks about protecting the Constitution when pushing a bill that will change the Constitution and she’s not even thinking about an amendment to the Constitution, which is what you have to go through in order to change it.
With the least self-reflection and introspection I have ever witnessed, Nancy Pelosi said, “What the Republicans are doing across the country is really a legislative continuation of what they did on January 6, which is to undermine our democracy, to undermine the integrity of our elections, to undermine the voting power, which is the essence of a democracy.”
Nancy D’Alesandro Pelosi continues to amaze me with her endless supply of lies and misrepresentations. Do people really not understand the complete lack of honesty and condor she projects? I find it unfathomable that anyone gives her the slightest credibility.
