Dawn Gentry, a Kentucky judge, is accused of having threesomes in her office with her own secretary and a guitar player that was hired in the court as her case specialist. The guitar player has been identified as Stephen Penrose. Gentry is divorcing her husband and he claims it was her affair with the guitar player that put the final nail in the coffin of their marriage.

The charges being thrown at Gentry say that she was having threesomes in her chambers and allowing employees to get drunk at work. She is also accused of giving special treatment to lawyers who agreed to satisfy her desire for sexual activity or contributed huge amounts of money to her reelection campaign.

A lawyer by the name of Katherine Schulz is claiming that Gentry asked her to have an affair with her soon to be ex-husband so she could accuse him of infidelity when they go to court. Schulz declined Gentry’s request and later turned down another advance when Gentry tried to get her to join in a threesome in her chambers with Penrose. After that, her relationship with the judge went sour and Schulz resigned from the panel that she served on with Gentry.

From The Daily Mail

Mike Hummel, who was also on the panel, said he was replaced with someone who donated four times as much as he did to Gentry’s re-election campaign.

He says she used her power on the bench to drum up donations.

The judge is now waiting for a disciplinary hearing which is due to happen in the next two or three months. She denies the allegations.

Gentry filed for divorce from her husband in April this year.

They took the case to a different county and asked for the records to be sealed.

A judge agreed but, after an appeal from The Cincinnati Enquirer, unsealed their docket.

It, however, gleaned no information about her job, aside from the fact she earns $136,000 a year.

The pair have two daughters together and were featured heavily in photographs together as part of her election campaign.
