In the deep underbelly of America, and largely congregated in the deep south, there is a scourge on our existence that has yet to be fully eradicated.

Child sex-trafficking is still alive and thriving in the USA, with its perverted purveyors burrowing deeper into the underground of our society by the week. This has made it extremely difficult to nab these horrid human beings, some of whom may be working in close proximity to a lot of children every day.

Seventeen people, including at least two workers at Walt Disney World, have been charged in a Florida child-sex sting, officials said.

“You’ve got to know who your children are talking to, who they’re communicating with,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a news conference detailing the operation, in which detectives posed as children on social media apps and dating sites.

Here’s where it gets scary:

Of the 17 people arrested, one said he was a lifeguard at Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge and two others said they were custodians at Walt Disney World Hollywood Studios, the sheriff’s office said.

Walt Disney World said the custodians, Jonathan McGrew, 34, and Savannah Lawrence, 29, are on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the case.

The alleged lifeguard does not actually work for Disney World, according to the company.

Florida has been a hot bed for child sex-trafficking stories of late, with Flrodia Congressman Matt Gaetz currently under investigation on charges stemming from the cruel and unfathomable practice.
