Biden Is About To Feel The Full Wrath Of The U.S. Postal Service

With only about 50% of the nation fully vaccinated against COVID-19, there are fears among some experts that reaching herd immunity could be impossible without a whole lot more tragedy.

These are the medical authorities who believe that a number close to 70% will be required for us to actually reach a safe place, and with 55% percent of the country even willing to get a shot, this leaves a whole lot of room left for the virus to mutate and intensify.

That has pushed a number of companies and government agencies to suggest that mandatory vaccinations could be coming…but not everyone is on board, and that includes the Post Office.

The influential American Postal Workers Union on Wednesday said, at this point, it opposes a coronavirus vaccine mandate from the Biden administration but encouraged workers to voluntarily take the jabs.

“While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent,” the union said in a statement obtained by Fox News.

The union did not immediately respond to an after-hours email from Fox News. The union said in the statement that the safety of its workers is “of paramount importance” but “at this time the APWU opposes the mandating of COVID-19 vaccinations.”

The Biden administration’s push for a federal employe vaccine mandate is almost certainly going to ruffle feathers among conservatives, who’ve already been pushing back against any further COVID regulations whatsoever.
