A 30-year-old New Jersey woman who rose to fame on the popular TLC show “My 600-lb Life” has died.

Gina Marie Krasley, of Tuckerton, appeared on the eighth season of the show but reportedly died at her home in New Jersey on Sunday. The Tuckerton, New Jersey native died “surrounded by her loving family,” according to an obituary.

The obituary also stated that Gina was passionate about dancing and often made up dances with her sister and neighborhood kids while growing up. The American reality show star also started the “dancing has no size limit” TikTok trend.

Gina had hoped to open a dance studio for children with special needs someday.

The New Jersey native was reportedly suffering from a “mystery illness” in recent months. Gina was also immobile and struggling with pain in her legs.

She also revealed her inability to hold up her cell phone on her own, as her hands had gone numb. The reality show actress was allegedly receiving home care and seeing a neurologist days before her shocking death.

Gina was born on January 9, 1991, and only survived her thirtieth year. Her obituary was posted on the Maxwell Funeral Home website and reported the following information about the reality star who was gone too soon.

“Gina was predeceased by her father Anthony Snyder and grandfather Angelo Perullo. She is survived by her loving mother Cathy Devereux of Tuckerton, NJ, wife of 6 years Elizabeth Krasley, sister Ali Samuels and husband Keith of Tuckerton, NJ, grandmother Stella Perullo of Brick, NJ, grandparents Michael and Annette Tubito of Barnegat, NJ, and many aunts, uncles and cousins, her dog Bubba and her cat Daisy,” her orbitouary states.

“My life has been hard,” she said in the January 2020 episode. “The first thing I remember was my older sister Ali getting diagnosed with agoraphobia when I was seven, and she was 11. I felt like all of my mom’s attention was on my sister, so I always felt my whole life like I was pushed under the rug. So that was a really hard time in my life, and I got really jealous of my sister. I remember what made me forget the pain of being abandoned was eating. And by the time I was ten, I was already over 150lbs.”

Gina was married to wed Beth Krasely. The two tied the knot in 2016. In October 2016, Gina’s wife tweeted:

“I’m married to the love of my life on October 1, 2016. She is the best thing that ever happened to me. I could never live a day without her. I love you Gina!!!!”

The cause of Gine Marie Krasley’s death has not been announced.
