On Wednesday, a New York court ordered Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney, to appear before a grand jury in Georgia.
The order comes after Giuliani refused to appear at a July 13 hearing before the New York judge to challenge a subpoena that sought his testimony in the probe.

A New York judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to testify before the Georgia special grand jury hearing evidence in an investigation into possible 2020 election interference by former President Donald Trump and others, court filings show.
The order came after Giuliani, who was Trump’s personal attorney, failed to appear at a July 13 hearing before the judge to challenge a subpoena for his testimony in the investigation.
“There is evidence that [Giuliani’s] appearance and testimony at the hearing was part of a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere,” the subpoena said.
Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis asked for a special grand jury in January, in her investigation of former President Donald Trump’s attempts to invalidate Georgia’s false 2020 election results.
The call between President Trump and Georgian authorities, which was later altered and published on the fake news website served as the basis for Fani Willis’ study. The said outlet published a text of the call that was wholly false.
Now, the call between former President Trump and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump pressured the Georgia SOS to uncover what he insisted was a fraud that would overturn Georgia’s election results was being investigated by Willis and her handlers.
Raffensperger and his office recorded Trump’s infamous phone call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Raffensperger’s team then lied and leaked the information to the far-left outlet.
Local news outlets reported then in May that a grand jury had been formed to investigate Fani Willis’s bogus charges against President Trump. And Trump’s personal lawyer has now been ordered to testify before a grand jury by a judge.
