You Won’t Believe Who Is Suing Apple For Billions Of Dollars

Roberto Escobar, brother of the now-deceased notorious Colombian drug kingpin, is seeing Apple for a whopping $2.6 BILLION.

According to Roberto, his life was threatened because of lax security protocols on his phone and now he wants the company to pay. He claims someone hacked into his smartphone and found his address through FaceTime even though he had been assured by Apple employees that the iPhone X was the most secure on the market.

Roberto bought the iPhone X back in 2018 and after just one year he says the security promise fell horribly flat. He claims to have received a life-threatening letter from someone named Diego, who said he was able to access Roberto’s address through FaceTtime.

In the lawsuit, Roberto says he was forced to relocate for his safety and lost a substantial amount of money boosting his security. Not to mention the emotional stress he has suffered over the threat.

Roberto says the only reason he bought the device was that he had previously received assassination attempts on his life before and he’d been assured his information would be safe from hackers on this device.

Not only is Roberto suing Apple but he is going to hit them where it really hurts.

Roberto’s company, Escobar Inc., just launched a limited edition gold-plated iPhone 11 Pro 256GB which can be yours for the low low price of $499 (which normally retails for about $1,000). Not only that but their advertising has sexy girls showing off their phones, that is something Apple can’t do.

If he wins the lawsuit, Roberto says he plans on sharing the money with all the people who bought iPhones because he believes they were scammed into buying an expensive phone. Besides that, he will “ultimately donate it all.”

So far Apple has not commented on the lawsuit.
