Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Dr. Rochelle Walensky walked back her comments from Friday night about a potential federal vaccine mandate.
In other words, the tyrants of the Biden administration want to force unvaccinated people to get the jab.
Walensky told Fox News’ Bret Baier that the administration “is looking into” a federal vaccine mandate. “That’s something that I think the administration is looking into, it’s something that I think we’re looking to see approval of from the vaccine. Overall, I think in general, I am all for more vaccination, but I have nothing further to say on that except that we’re looking into those policies.”
Here’s the thing about this that the director of the CDC should already know. Either Walensky knows this, and she’s lying or she’s an incompetent political hack. The law is very clear. An experimental vaccine can not be mandated by anyone.
This means that employers, including the federal government, can not force an experimental vaccine onto American citizens because federal law says so. And if this administration attempts to change the law, it would be considered a crime against humanity.
That means no one can tell you that you cannot work, go to school, or have your rights removed unless you get vaccinated.
Below is a link for a letter template to use related to your employer or school attempting to mandate the COVID-19 experimental vaccine candidates.
Give it to principals, superintendents, department of education officials, managers, corporate officers, etc. Put everyone you can think of on notice.

Any compulsory Covid-19 vaccination requirement is a violation of federal law. I urge you to advise all students that they have the right to refuse or to take any COVID-19 vaccine. Any other action is contrary to federal law.
Covid-19 Vaccines are Experimental.
Covid-19 vaccines are not approved by the FDA. The Covid-19 vaccines are only approved under an Emergency Use Authorization, for investigational use only. Covid-19 vaccines lack requisite studies and are not approved medical treatment. The FDA’s guidance on emergency use authorization of medical products requires the FDA to “ensure that recipients are informed to the extent practicable given the applicable circumstances … That they have the option to accept or refuse the EUA product …”
Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the “FD&C Act”) vests the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the permissive authority to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUAs”) providing that appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed: [emphasis added]
1. that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
2. of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
3. of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks. [emphasis added]
The right to avoid the imposition of human experimentation is fundamental, rooted in the Nuremberg Code of 1947, has been ratified by the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, and further codified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations. In addition to the United States regarding itself as bound by these provisions, these principles were adopted by the FDA in its regulations requiring the informed consent of human subjects for medical research. It is unlawful to conduct medical research, even in the case of an emergency, it take unless steps to secure informed consent of all participants.
The letter given in the link above is written for you to sign and give to whatever authority is trying to force you or your children to get vaccinated for COVID-19 against your will.
For the fact-checkers at Facebook and elsewhere, before you make a knee jerk decision to mark this as “misinformation,” I suggest you look it up for yourself. This is factual information and censoring it would be considered a crime against humanity. Simply Google “Title 21 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, section 360bbb-3” to find many sources of the law including the government links to the law. Or you can just look at this government link.
What is causing controversy is that some say the statute doesn’t state that the notice requirement applies to private employers or states.
Some lawyers for the government argue that the reference “the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product” means Congress has the intention that the administration may in some instances be mandated.
The only one we can find is a law that allows the president to waive the requirement to advise members of the military that a drug or vaccine is optional under the EUA if it is not in the interest of national security, 10 USC § 1107a.
Waiving the requirement to notify American citizens that they don’t have to take an experimental medicine isn’t the same as being allowed to mandate taking it.
Walensky took to social media to clarify her remarks.
“To clarify: There will be no nationwide mandate. I was referring to mandates by private institutions and portions of the federal government. There will be no federal mandate.”

But even that is illegal and Walensky should know that. Private institutions and the federal government may not mandate getting vaccinated with an experimental vaccine. The federal government demands that we the people follow their laws. Well, why don’t they follow their own laws here?
The Fox News host asked Walensky if there would be a vaccine mandate on a federal level. Walensky replied that this is “not unlike other things that are mandated, other vaccines that are mandated for school-going children, for healthcare personnel.” Except it is VERY unlike those other vaccines, because they have been approved by the FDA after going through the scientific testing and analysis unlike any of the current coronavirus vaccines.

If you are barred from employment, school, restaurant, amusement park, concert or anywhere else, you should be able to collect on a lawsuit as no entity can force you to be an experiment, it is a violation of federal law and it is a crime against humanity.
