Sidney Powell is BACK! Before we get to the bombshell statements that Powell made earlier today, let’s recap how we got here, why we are here, and why Sidney is speaking out NOW …
Earlier this week Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and Mike Lindell lost their motion to dismiss and their summary judgement request was denied. The Hill reported:
‘A federal judge in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday rejected requests from former Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell that he dismiss lawsuits from Dominion Voting Systems against the three.
The ruling pertains to three defamation lawsuits Dominion filed — at $1.3 billion each — against the three defendants for allegedly claiming without evidence that the voting machine company rigged the 2020 presidential election for President Biden by manipulating votes.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, swept aside the initial claims put forth by the defendants for why the suits should be tossed, from arguments that their alleged statements were legally protected opinions or were otherwise made without malicious intent to claims that the D.C. court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case.
The Wednesday order clears the way for the litigation to proceed. Separately, Dominion this week also sued a pair of far-right media companies and the former head of Overstock.com for defamation based on statements made about the 2020 election. ‘
This paves the way for the case to move into the ‘discovery’ phase, which could prove to be devastating for Dominion, or Powell, Giuliani and Lindell.
While I want to believe everything that Powell et al.have claimed about the election, this will be where the rubber meets the road and the truth (ideally, provided justice does in fact still exist in this country) comes to light.
Ms. Powell, who has largely remained in the shadows since the immediate aftermath of the election, is now speaking out again. What she had to say this morning is raising a lot of eyebrows. Not only is she not softening her tone, she is suggesting … well, here, you take a listen …

Attorney Sidney Powell told Howie Carr last year that their legal team has a number of smoking guns they will use in the 2020 election court cases they are involved in.
She also warns that some of her witnesses may have to obtain protection in the witness protection program.

I am getting sick and tired of Durham and Powell saying they have the evidence and yet do nothing. They need to PUT UP OR SHUT UP.
Powell is a lawyer and has to do anything she needs to do, using the courts. Unfortuately, many of the courts are led by Semocrat judges, who shoot her down when ever she comes before the Bench.
When you get a Democrat pResident, a Democrat Congress, you get Democrat judges. The FBI and the rest of the Justice Department have been compromised, and have become the defenders of the Democrats in power.
We are several small steps for being North Korea. We have people in charge of the governent who cheated to get where they are, have no marals, have no conscience, and are making laws that punish Americans for “asking” for our rights to be defended.
